Management Team
Jeffrey E. Engelmann, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Jeffrey Engelmann is responsible for company strategy, go-to-market execution, operations, and board and investor relations. Jeffrey is an experienced leader with credentials in marketing, sales, and operations earned in Fortune 500, new public company, and startup environments. Prior to EazyBusiness, Jeffrey served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing of VMware. He also served as General Manager and Vice President, Business Development and Global Marketing of NorthStar; Vice President, Business Development and Product Marketing for Interwoven; and various roles sales, marketing, and leadership roles at IBM including Business Unit Executive and Operations Executive Assistant for the IBM Internet Division.
Pat Bolger, Co-founder, General Manager-Europe, and Vice President-Business Development
As GM-Europe, Pat Bolger manages the day-to-day operations of the EazyBusiness European operation. As VP, Business Development, Pat sets go-to-market strategy for the company’s business partnerships. Pat founded EazyBusiness in 2008 with Christopher Karatzinis. Together they built the SaaSPlex Cloudspace Platform to provide consolidated access and user provisioning for third-party cloud applications. The co-founders already had successfully established Compisol, the IT solutions provider that built Ireland's first online stock trading system and was a Deloitte Fast 50 winner in 2003.
Christopher Karatzinis, Co-founder and Vice President-Engineering
As VP Engineering, Christopher Karatzinis leads the technical team of EazyBusiness, setting the company’s product roadmap and the overall architecture. Christopher founded EazyBusiness in 2008 with Pat Bolger. Together they built the SaaSPlex Cloudspace Platform to provide consolidated access and user provisioning for third-party cloud applications. The co-founders already had successfully established Compisol, the IT solutions provider that built Ireland's first online stock trading system and was a Deloitte Fast 50 winner in 2003, and SAASENT Technologies, where Christopher led the implementation of many SaaS projects for Salesforce.com.
Rakesh Sreekumar, Vice President-Marketing
As VP Marketing, Rakesh Sreekumar is responsible for product marketing, demand generation, and corporate marketing. Prior to joining EazyBusiness, Rakesh was a marketing consultant with VMware, where he helped formulate market segment strategies, launch new products, develop positioning and messaging for various solutions, CXO marketing and business intelligence for modeling customer demand and formulating tailored marketing programs. Before VMware, Rakesh managed all aspects of marketing at NorthStar, a provider of wealth management solutions for the private banking industry. Prior to NorthStar, Rakesh held product marketing positions with Siebel Systems managing their analytics and marketing automation product lines for the financial services sector. Rakesh has also held marketing positions with several regional software companies in south and south-east Asia.
Mike Reilly, Director and Investor
Before establishing Sadlier Reilly Capital, Mike Reilly was a Managing Director of JPMorganChase, New York, NY. He served as Chief Architect and Head of Strategy for the retail business unit, which serves more than 40 million customers. Mike was also Chief Technology Officer of the bank, where he was responsible for the firm's technology research agenda, global infrastructure operations and strategic relationships.
